Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
